A Muslim brother does not perform Salaat. When I meet him, I do not greet. But I respond to his Salaam. Is it proper for me not to initiate Salaam to him?
Answer
Yes it is proper not to initiate Salaam to this faasiq. Since his abstention from Salaat is close to kufr, you should not greet him first.
