One sells the product of a company to consumers and thereafter you become one of the distributors. The earning is based on percentage basis. You earn 18% of the amount of the product/products you sell. Thats the commission you get and there is no fixed salary. Second: As a part of the business you can make other people distributors too. When you make someone a distributor than the company adds him/her under you. Every time the distributor under you sells a product he gets his share of 18% and you will get 2% of share. That share is not his share but is given by the company and not taken off from anyone. Is this 2% permissible for one to take? Will this be a gift from the company?
Answer
The 2% is a gift made volitionally by the company. You will not have a claim to it. If the company gives it, you may accept.
