Question
If a person commits a crime or a sinful act under the influence of Jinn, do the ahkam of shariah apply on that action? Example saying kufr kalimaat.
Answer
A person possessed by a jinn will not act by his/her volition. It will be the jinn who will be directing the person, hence such a person will be in the class of insane persons and be exempted from the ahkaam.
