An Aalim claims that it is permissible for girls doing Hifz to recite the Qur‟aan Shareef even during haidh. Please comment on his claim.
Answer
The chap is not an ‗aalim'. He is a moron. It is HARAAM for women to recite the Qur'aan Majeed during haidh. Hifz does not change the mas'alah.
