Answer
Recite much Aayats 96 and of Surah Al- Mu'minoon in the 18th Juz. Also after Namaaz, place your right hand on your heart, recite Surah Alam Nashrah and blow on your heart. Furthermore, ensure that you do not look at evil on the cellphone. If your eyes, mind and heart are rotten with internet filth, then the wazeefah will not avail.
