In terms of the Shariah, a homosexual or lesbian will be punished/executed only if the crime of homosexuality is confirmed on the basis of Shar'i evidence. The person cannot be killed just on the basis of being somewhat unnatural. Yes, those evil specimens of humanity who promote the satanism of homosexuality/lesbianism will be severely dealt with in an Islamic state. They may also be executed if the Islamic court so decrees.
