Should transgenders be banned from the Musjid?

We understand transgenders to be hermaphrodites. Transgenders and the like are classified either male or female by the Shariah. Those classified as males may not be banned from the Musjid. If they cannot be classified, male or female, due to both organs functioning, they will be classified as Khuntha Mushkil. The Fuqaha have ruled that they should stand in the back row behind the children.
