Is it permissible to use curtains for windows?
Answer
Curtains to cover the windows are perfectly permissible. However, the material should not be so long as to cover even the walls. The fashion of curtains hanging right to the floor covering even the walls, is wasteful and not permissible. Cloth is not for covering walls.
