If the Janaazah is brought for Salaat at a Makrooh time (sunrise, zawwaal or sunset), should the Salaat be performed?
Answer
In this case, the Janaazah Salaat should be performed. However, if the Janaazah is ready for Salaat prior to the Makrooh times, but the Salaat was delayed, then in this case it will not be permissible to perform the Janaazah Salaat during the Makrooh times.
