Can fardh or taraweeh salaah be read behind an aalim or hafiz who promotes watching of TV, photography and intermingling of sexes openly and publicly?
Answer
While Salaat behind even a faasiq is valid, it is not valid behind a kaafir. The one who promotes television, pictures of animate objects and intermingling of sexes is a kaafir, hence Salaat behind him is not valid.
