After Fardh Salaat while the Imaam was busy with his long loud dua, I stood up and went to the back to perform my Sunnat raka'ts. An elderly musalli later tells me that I was disrespectful. Is he correct?
Answer
The Imaam's loud dua is bid'ah. You acted correctly. The elderly man is ignorant. Just ignore him.
