From my home to my destination the distance is 49 miles. However, from the end of the town the distance is 46 miles. Will I be a musaafir at the destination?
Answer
No, you will not be a musaafir. You have to perform Salaat in full. The distance of safar is from the end of the town, not from your home. Therefore, if the distance from the end of the town to your destination is less than 48 miles, you will not be a musaafir.
