Nowadays in West Africa there is an upsurge in the activities of ritualists. They mercilessly kill their victims to harvest body parts which they sell. Someone suggested that such ritualists, if caught, should be fed alive to lions. Is this permissible?

No, it is not permissible. In an Islamic state, after the person is convicted of the brutal crime, he will be executed with the sword.
