A musalli wearing an earring comes and stands in the saff next to me. What should I do? Is it permissible to stand elsewhere in the saff?
Answer
If you observe the earring faasiq before Salaat, then move elsewhere. Do not stand alongside him. However, if he joins in the saff after you have commenced Salaat, then remain until the end of the Salaat. The same applies for a faasiq wearing the niqaab of Iblees (the covid mask). Do not stand alongside such scoundrels.
