Please make dua for me and my family.

Question

Please make dua for me and my family. We live in Durban. I am scared over what has recently happened here. My parents are in Johannesburg. Should I go live with them while there is still so much fear overhanging us?

Answer

It is our fervent dua that Al-

lah Ta'ala keeps you, your husband, your child and all Muslims safe. May Allah Ta'ala protect us all against the predations of the kuffaar. But remember and understand well that whatever has happened and will happen, is by the decree of

Allah Ta'ala. It was punish-

ment from Allah Ta'ala for the flagrant and reckless fisq and fujoor of the Muslim community. It does not matter where you are, whether in Durban or in De Deur by your family, only those earmarked for Allah's Athaab will be apprehended.

Not an atom can move without the command of Allah Ta'ala. Not a leaf turns direction in a breeze, but it is with the intervention and command of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that if all mankind unites to benefit you, they will succeed only in the degree prescribed for you by Allah Ta'aala. In the same way, if all mankind unites to harm you, they will succeed only to the degree prescribed and ordained for you by Allah Ta'ala.

Everything is a shadow. Nothing will avert the punishment of Allah Ta'ala except sincere Taubah and the Pledge to completely abandon our current lifestyle of fisq, fujoor and kufr which have become the salient features of the lifestyle of the Muslim community.

It matters not where you go and where you seek safety. Whoever has been earmarked for His Punishment will be overtaken by it. Just turn increasingly unto Allah Ta'ala. He will protect you if you protect His Deen by means of obe-

dience and Ibaadat. Every

morning and evening recite the three Qul Surahs three times

each. This is for protection.

recourse in Shariah like taking the commodity back or is there anything else that he could do as he feels that Person 'B' is taking advantage of him

A.On the basis of the information provided by you, Person A has the right to repossess his commodity. However, since the commodity is now the property of person B since it was given into his possession and some payments accepted, if the commodity realizes a price in excess to what person B owes, then the excess must be given to him (person B).

Person A is entitled to the amount outstanding. We are almost sure that the agreement is cluttered with corrupt (faasid) conditions).
