I make an intention at the destination to stay 15 days or more. After a few days, I change my intention and decide to leave before 15 days. Should I perform Qasar Salaat?
Answer
Once the 15 day niyyat has been made at the destination, you will remain a muqeem even if your intention changes and you decide to stay less than 15 days. You may not perform Qasar Salaat.
