Some imaams and molvis quote Ghandi in their Jumuah bayaans. Is this proper?
Answer
It is not permissible for Ulama to quote Ghandi in their Jumuah bayaans. The Qur'aan and Ahaadith are more than adequate for quoting. It is surprising and lamentable that they see the need to quote in their Jumuah talks a mushrik, enemy of Islam.
