Is it permissible to politely ask one's father to speak politely to oneself?

Answer

Even 'politely' asking your father to speak to you "politely", is insolence and not permissible. Such a request is hurtful. A son should never speak to his father in a defiant manner even if in 'polite' terms. Q.Are there any authentic Hadith kitaabs besides Bukhaari and Muslim?

A.There are many authentic Hadith Kutub besides Bukhaari and Muslim.
