Is it permissible for women to look at men from behind the niqaab?
Answer
It is not permissible for women to stare at males in the same way as it is not permissible for men to stare at women. The niqaab is not a licence for casting lascivious glances at males. The niqaab is to prevent the lustful gazes of men.
