Due to fear of arrest and heavy fines, some brothers perform Jumuah in a house. They keep the door locked. If someone comes, he is let in. Will the Jumuah be valid?

Yes, due to the circumstances Jumuah will be valid even if the doors are locked to keep the shayaateen out.
