Answer
Those who wear the niqaab of Iblees, but claim that disease is not contagious come within the scope of the Qur'aanic aayat: "They speak what is not in their hearts."
The 'ihtiyaat' (precaution) they present as an excuse is of the zukhruful qawl (satanically adorned statements) mentioned in the Qur'aan. Their type of 'ihtiyaat' is an inspiration of shaitaan.
