MPL in India has been mangled and mutilated into a hotch potch of kufr by the Hindu judges of the secular courts. The MMB clique here wants the same to happen in South Africa. Although the MPL proposal in India was not as corrupt as the MPL in South Africa, those Ulama of India who had supported MPL were extremely short-sighted to expect that the Hindu atheists and idolaters of the Indian secular courts would honour the Muslim Personal Law which had been legislated. The Hindu judges are interpreting and mutilating the laws of the Shariah to render them subservient to the secular constitution. There are some flabby protests, but to no avail. The MMB clique here in South Africa has mangled and mutilated the Shariah with their haraam, kufr MMB (Muslim Marriages Bill) even before it has been legislated. Despite professing to be Muslims, they are doing the kufr work of the Hindu judges of India. Some extremely short-sighted molvis who are supporting MMB are aiding the process of destroying the Shariah. Neither do they understand what MMB entails nor do they have a valid understanding of the Shariah.
