Is it permissible to combine Maghrib and Isha' Salaat due to heavy rain?
Answer
It is not permissible according to the Hanafi Math-hab to combine two Salaat regardless of heavy rain. According to the Maaliki Math-hab this is permissible for Isha' which is combined with Maghrib. But there are conditions for the validity of this combination.
