You have written a booklet mentioning that vaccines contain Haraam ingredients. The injection that dentists administer to numb the mouth before extractions and fillings, does it also contain Haraam ingredients? If the reply to the above is in the affirmative, will it be permissible to take this injection, given the fact that without it, extractions, etc. will be almost unbearable?
Answer
We do not know if the substance used by dentists contains haraam ingredients or not. Even if it does, its use in the circumstances is permissible.
