Question
My wife consults with a fortune-teller who predicts the future. I was told that it is kufr. What is the status of our Nikah?
Answer
Consulting with a fortuneteller is kufr. Asking him about unseen events is kufr. She has to renew her Imaan. She should repent, accept that what she did is haraam, then renew the Shahaadat and Nikah.
