Is it the obligation of a father to support his adult unmarried daughter? A man says that since she is an adult, he is not responsible for her.
Answer
Something is drastically amiss with this man's brains. He is responsible for even his destitute neighbours and for other poor Muslims. Every Muslim is responsible for supporting the poor and destitute in accordance with his affordability. Most certainly according to the Shariah it is the father's obligation to financially support his daughter regardless of her being an adult.
