Question
The Musaafir Imaam mistakenly performed four raka'ts Zuhr. What is the position of his Salaat, the Salaat of the Muqeem (resident) Muqtadis and the Musaafir Muqtadis?
Answer
If the Musaafir Imaam did sit in Tashahhud of the second raka't, then his Salaat and the Salaat of the Musaafir muqtadis will be valid. The Salaat of the Muqeem muqtadis is not valid. They have to repeat their Zuhr.
