I bake and sell cakes. Is it permissible to bake cakes for a baby shower function?
Answer
It is not permissible to participate in the kuffaar practice of 'baby showers'. It is not permissible to bake cakes for the haraam function. The Qur'aan prohibits aiding sin and transgression.
