In the Musjidul Haraam thousands of people stand in front of the Imaam when performing Fardh Salaat. Is their Salaat valid?
Answer
They have adopted the Maaliki Math-hab for this practice. According to the Maaliki Math-hab there are two views: permissible and Makrooh. If Hanafis are trapped in this situation, they should repeat their Salaat.
