A person takes the flight from Jeddah at Fajr time. Fajr is performed in Jeddah. The plane overlies a country where it is Zuhr, and it over-flies another country where it is Asr. The person lands at New York just before Zuhr. Someone says that this person should make qadha of Zuhr and Asr. Is this correct?
