Is ozonated water permissible?

Ozonated water it appears has both advantages and disadvantages as everything in this dunya has. The Qur'aan states explicitly that wine and gambling have 'many' benefits, but their harm is more than their benefits, hence we have to abstain.

From the list of serious disadvantages predicated to ozonated water, it is, to say the least, highly unintelligent to drink it. The risk of harm and damage to the body can be great. And Allah knows best.

Furthermore, Allah Ta'ala has created water with 2 atoms of oxygen. To interfere and add another atom appears to us as an interference in a natural healthy product prepared for us by Allah Ta'ala.
