A Muslim sung a tribute of praise for a non-Muslim woman who dies, and who was a humanitarian worker. He also believes that because of her humanitarian work she is a Muslim and in Jannat. What is his status? She was buried as a Christian and led a Christian life.
Answer
The tribute which was sung in praise of the kaafirah, Christian woman is kufr. The person who holds the views mentioned in your letter is a MURTAD. If he desires to be a Muslim, he has to renew his Imaan, and also his Nikah.
