Question
What are the essential constituents of halaal slaughtering?
Answer
The fundamental requisites of slaughtering for rendering an animal halaal is to recite Bismillaah at the time of slaughter, and to sever the four neck vessels. There are other factors pertaining to Islam's slaughtering method which are incumbent and may not be omitted unnecessarily. If omitted carelessly, it will be sinful although the meat will be halaal. The acts of facing the animal towards the Qiblah, etc. are essential. In addition to deliberate omission being a major sin, the meat is Makrooh Tahrimi. This applies to home or private slaughtering, not commercial slaughtering.
In commercial slaughtering, Thabah does not take place. The Islamic system is deliberately discarded and a kuffaar system adopted. There is wholesale discardence of Tasmiyah, killing the chickens whilst they hang upside down, electrically stunning and even killing the chickens, improper neck-cutting, immersing the chickens into scalding water with the intestinal filth within the carcases, and the perpetration of other cruelties and haraam acts. The chickens and meat will therefore not be halaal. In fact those who intentionally discard Islam's system for a kuffaar system are close to kufr and losing their Imaan. The shaitaani entities such as SANHA, MJC, NIHT, etc. who halaalize these haraam carrion chickens are in fact agents of Iblees.
