Question
I am a follower of the Maaliki Math-hab. Must the Masbooq recite Qunoot when he performs his missed Fajr Salaat?
Answer
If the Masbooq had joined in the second Raka't of Fajr, then the Imaam's Qunoot suffices. However, if the Masbooq had missed both raka'ts, then he has to recite Qunoot.
