After Sajdah Tilaawat has been made, should Ta-awwuz be recited when resuming the Tilaawat?

If one does not engage in any activity after Sajdah Tilaawat, then resume the recitation with only Tasmiyah. Only if one has engaged in some other activity, should Ta-awwuz be recited when commencing the recitation.
