After the Fardh of Jumuah, should the four Sunnatul Muakkadah be performed with one or two Salaams?

After the Jumuah Fardh, there are first four raka'ts Sunnatul Muakkadah with one Salaam. Then two raka'ts Sunnatul Muakkadah separately. The four raka'ts should be performed in a single batch. This is the practice of the Ahnaaf.
