Question
When should the musallis rise to form the Saffs? When the Iqaamah begins or later?
Answer
The musallis should ensure that they are in the Saff ready to recite Takbeer Ula with the Imaam. From the different positions where the musallis are in the Musjid, they should move forward to ensure that they recite Takbir with the Imaam.
