In Morocco a second Jamaat is not allowed in the Musjids. Is this valid?
Answer
According to the Maaliki, Hanafi and Shaafi' Math-habs a second Jamaat in the Musjid where there is an appointed Imaam, is not permissible. The practice in Morocco is in accordance with the Maaliki Math-hab.
