How much of the body should a woman cover when at home and there are no ghair mahrams around?

Even at home a woman should dress decently when other females are present. In fact, she should cover her hair even if she is alone in the house despite the fact that it is not sinful to expose the hair in the house when there are no ghair mahrams. Islamic culture (the Sunnah) is that she should be dressed decently and respectfully even if those present are only women or her children.
