Answer

From the extremely ambiguous and cagey response the butchery gave to your letters, it is clear that they have much to hide, hence they say that 'it is confidential'. What is so 'confidential' about the meat/chicken they sell? It is either halaal or haraam? It is the guilty conscience that constrains this type of stupid response to a perfectly legitimate query. Since it is in fact haraam, they have to treat it 'confidential'. The 'authorities' they have referred you to are all carrion halaalizers. We have a deluge of literature written on these carrion halaalizers and their carrion products. All animals – bulls, sheep and chickens halaalized by SANHA, MJC, NIHT, ICSA and any other so-called 'authority' are all stunned in brutal haraam ways.
