No one's dreams cancel the Shariah. Even if a deceit or a bid'ati or a faasiq is seen descending from the Arsh, then too we shall reject and brand him for what he is. We are under obligation to follow the Shariah. What the deviate sees in his dreams is of no significance to us. Of importance is to see if he is a follower of the Sunnah or a faasiq. Even if the faasiq flies in the air and turns stones into gold, never be impressed. The devil can also accomplish such feats.
