I am a baalighah girl. My parents force me to go with them to the malls and hypermarkets for shopping. Is it permissible for me to refuse?

In fact, it is Waajib for you to refuse. You should not accompany them to any places where Hijaab is grossly violated. Even if your parents insist that you should go shopping with them, refuse politely. Do not be disrespectful, but be firm in your refusal.
