If for some reason the Waqf Institution no longer operates, what should be done with the funds?

The monies of the Waqf institution should be used for the objectives for which the Waqf was instituted. In the end if the objectives of the Waqf cannot be fulfilled for some valid reason, then it is Waajib to give the money to the Fuqara and Masaakeen.
