A non-Muslim husband and wife embraced Islam. What is the status of their child?
Answer
The child is legitimate. However, if he is baaligh, Islam has to be presented to him. If he refuses to accept Islam, then there will be no ties of inheritance. If the child is nabaaligh, then on buloogh, Islam has to be presented to him.
