The only way to assist the suffering refugees of Syria is to provide monetary aid. But our people are squandering millions of rands in mock, mass I'tikaafs' which have become festivals of eat and excrete. More millions of rands are squandered in haraam wedding functions, holidaying in the guise of Umrah, and in many other wasteful avenues. The hearts have become callous and cruel. May Allah Ta'ala guide this lost and disobedient Ummah.
