The Qur'aan Majeed says that advice benefits only the Mu'min. Indulgence in evils of this type constrains one to believe that the perpetrators of what you call 'rapping' are not Muslims. The blame for the ruin of the young lies squarely on the shoulders of parents. They are the primary cause for the moral and spiritual destruction of their children. Muslim youth today are trapped in evil of a variety of sorts. Those who are concerned and view with abhorrence and dismay the rapid slide of Muslims into the dregs of moral degeneration, can only proclaim the truth. There is nothing beyond this which could be done to save the community. Muslims have volitionally chosen the path of kufr, fisq and fujoor. The situation is set to become worse. It will not improve. The evil destroying the Ummah is not restricted to the youth. The entire Ummah – the young and the old – is sliding down the slippery path of evil into the abyss of Jahannam. We can only make dua and supplicate for safety. We can only shout and proclaim that these evils are haram and those indulging therein will be the fuel of Hell -Fire.
