With total disregard for the wishes and needs of the majority of the musallis, the trustees of the Grey Street Musjid in Durban have installed high-pan western toilet. Most of the musallis are severely inconvenienced by these unhygienic, awkward kuffaar style toilets. We find urine on the pans. Please comment.
Answer
The problem is that these trustees are fussaaq and fujjaar. They have little truck with the Shariah. They are not concerned with Islamic hygiene. Filth is therefore quite acceptable to them. They are increasingly inclining towards kufr. The toilet is in fact a reflection of the kufr in their hearts. If the musallis are part of the voting system of the Musjid's management, then the corrupt trustees should be voted out. It will then be possible to change the toilets.
