Is the dua after the Fardh Salaat part of the Salaat?
Answer
The dua after the Fardh Namaaz is not part of the Namaaz. The Namaaz ends with Salaam. Making Dua after Namaaz is Sunnat. Making a loud dua with the Jamaat is Bid'ah. Everyone should engage silently in making his own Dua.
