Question
A scholar says that according to Imaam Qurtubi, oral sex is permissible? I have read your article saying that it is haraam.
Answer
Even if Imaam Qurtubi allowed the filthy evil practice of oral sex, it remains haraam. We don't follow the errors of the Ulama. The Qur'aan Majeed criticizing and reprimanding Bani Israaeel says: "They took their ahbaar (scholars) and ruhbaan (saints) for gods besides Allah….."
While we honour and respect the Ulama, we do not worship them. We set aside their errors and we follow the Shariah. Oral sex is haraam.
