The primary cause for drug-addiction in the Muslim community is parents who have adopted the kuffaar lifestyle. All patterns of kuffaar lifestyle are adopted by Muslims. What then should be expected? The company with whom Muslim children mingle is condoned by Muslim parents. Muslim children, from early childhood, are given all the freedoms which kuffaar parents allow their children. The greater part of the child's growing life is squandered in evil company in secular schools, sports, television, cell phones, functions and the like. All the evil consequences of western life are therefore necessary corollaries and to be expected. As long as this is the condition of parents, drug-addiction, vice and immorality will be on the increase. There is no remedy in this scenario.
